I have a custom code email ready to be sent but after I send a test email to myself, the font is different than the one I have in my custom code. In the preview, it displays the font family I want to use. Seems like it reverts to times new roman when I send myself a test email.
Hello @GLDSC ,
Is it just one email program in particular that you're seeing the issue, or is it other email programs as well? Keep in mind, not all email programs and devices have access to all font types, so even if the font selection looks correct in your Previews and some test sends, it may be forced into a more generic one on other recipients' email programs and devices.
Multiple. I've tested it on both gmail and Outlook.
Then I'd advise calling our general support, and requesting a transfer to the Tier 2 team for custom code email support.
