From Address

Hi, I've successfully verified my email for our "Reply-to address", but cannot get our email address to be an option in the "From address". Even though I've hit "Add another email" under the "From address" and Constant Contact tells me a verification email was sent. This worked for the "Reply-to address" but not the "From address". Thanks for any help you can offer.

Hello @user785108 ,

 

From addresses require some degree of authentication - so you'd either need to:

  • set your account up for self-authentication if you want to use your own address, or...
  • you'd need to utilize the ccsend rewrite of your address for the simpler authentication we provide by default

I'd recommend checking our Email Authentication FAQ for additional info and guidance on self-authentication if you wish to set you account up as such.
