Giving permission to a staff member to create and edit

As CEO of a small company I've always done my own marketing, but as we've grown, I'd now like to give a staff member access to my Constant Contact account so that that person can take over the marketing.  How would I do that?

If an account's current subscription plan allows for it, account owners can setup users to be able to access the accounts. For more info on the user role types:
