Help with Campaings

Hello

We have been with Constant Contact for many years and have multiple courses and businesses we use it for.

The problem we are having and seems to be, regardless of platform being used Google, Safari or Microsoft Edge, is that when building a campaign and using spell check each time you select the suggested spelling or word replacement , the system deletes the entire paragraph you are working on. It becomes very frustrating and has been an issue for years that doesn't ever get resolved.

Is there something that we, or you, can do to rectify this small but time irritating issue?

Thanks

Hello @AsimS3 ,

This is an issue within the older 3GE builder, caused by an interference with browsers' default spell checkers. The workarounds would be to either build emails using the Cross-Platform / Device Editor (CPE), or to manually type out the correction if you'd prefer to continue using the 3GE template.
