Is there a way to create a sign-up landing page that requires the visitor to input their name and email in order to download a piece of content? Currently, we've created a page that has a button for an immediate download and an option to sign up to receive future content.

I'd advise setting your landing page sign up form to have the downloadable content on the Thank You page, and then set the contact fields for first name and last name to be required.
