One of m attendees accidentally registered twice for my event. I'd like to delete one of the registrations. How do I do that?

Hello @MargoHope ,

You can select the three dots menu for the registration you wish to remove, and select the "Cancel registration" option. For step-by-step instructions, visual guidance, and other info on managing registrations, I'd recommend following along with this article

William, thank you so much for your response.  I've been able to successfully cancel that registrant.  Have a great weekend!

I have a similar problem but was wondering if there was a way to turn off the ability to register twice for the same event.

Hello @AlyshaHassell6 ,

No, it isn't possible at this time. As this was a popular request of the retiring legacy events tool, our devs are currently looking into how to code this as a toggle-able option for event creators, rather than removing the capability entirely.
