Import a list of contacts

I have a list of several hundred contact additions.  They are in a pages file in the following order:

What is the easiest way to add them to my contact list.

Some are already on my list but without the names and some are new customers.

Can you please help.

Hello @SteveV7671 ,

You have the following options if the contacts are stored in a Pages file:

1. format the file, and convert / save it as a TXT file type for the file upload method
2. copy and paste the info for the type/paste multiple import method
3. individually update the existing contacts' info, and add the new contacts

Thank you for responding.  I have my list in the following order

First Name   Last Name   Email address.

Do I have to first change the order so that the email address is first?

As long as that first line of the TXT file is the headings (contact fields), you should be fine to put them in whatever order.
