Incorrect Email Campaign Send Time in Reporting Details
We recently scheduled an email campaign to be sent on March 1, 2025 at 6pm EST, which, to our knowledge, is when the email went out to our subscribers. Now, when we look at the reporting details for the email, it says that it was sent out on February 26, 2025 at 10:48 pm EST. This can't be possible, as we weren't even finished drafting the email by that time and date.
Any idea what's going on? Has anybody else noticed incorrect information about an email campaign's send time and date? What implication does this have for scheduling our future campaigns?
Hello @user27841 ,
Did you schedule the email, then unschedule it to make edits, and accidentally set it to send right away after making the edits? There are multiple users on the account, did someone else with access to the account make changes to the email's schedule date/time?
Hello @user27841 ,
Our higher level technical teams ran the logs, which showed that the email had been set to Send Now, not scheduled. This might've been an oversight after you (or another user) made the final edit prior to sending, especially if it was done late at night or in a rush. Ultimately, we can confirm the email was not scheduled for a later time/date, and sent right away as explicitly prompted.
