Has anyone else had trouble with the X (Twitter logo)? Some of my campaigns have the option to use the new logo while others do not. I'm trying to update throughout, but can't if the X logo isn't available.

Hello @JenniferW0550 ,

Are all of your templates using the cross-device/platform editor? If any of your templates are still using the older 3ge builder (easily denoted by its giant orange continue button in the top-right corner), then X won't be an option for the bar.

For any of your CPE templates, make sure you're clicking the social bar and choosing the option to edit it, and that should force the icon display change through. Otherwise, you can delete and re-add the social bar.

It does have the orange continue button, so it must be old. I have tried deleting and reinserting, but it still shows the old Twitter logo.

As mentioned, the old 3ge email builder will not have X as an option at all, only the cross-device/platform editor (CPE) builder will.
