Can Canva images containing hyperlinks be used as a jpeg file or a pdf file within the email and have the links work?

Hello @MarkC8512 ,
If you have multiple links in the original PDF file for the Canva, then they wouldn't translate over in the image version that displays in emails. If this is the case, then I'd advise linking the image to the main Canva PDF file you import to your Library, in the same way that emails made from PDFs default to.
If it's just one link, then you could just have the entire image be linked to that.
