Inserting Vimeo Video - thumbnail not showing

Hello,Ā 

I'm inserting a Vimeo video into a CC email. When I insert it with the URL, the thumbnail I've selected for the video doesn't show up. Instead it shows up with the default colored lines from Vimeo. Any suggestions?Ā
