I am trying to refresh a segment that I *know* has a specific tag - yet the system is not finding things that meet the criteria. I even tried making a new segment. Still not picking up the contacts who have that tag. ???

I'd advise calling our general support so they can troubleshoot your segmentation live, and collect info as needed.
