Links do not work for everyone

I have sent out 14k texts with a link to our instagram page. The link worked on the browser when I tested it at the time of putting it in the text campaign. Once sent out, it started getting a ton of responses that it doesnt work.  It takes them to some error page b.ctct.sh - I tried again and thought wed figured it and it did it again!  Embarrassing to say the least.  Not to mention I pay for these!  Called Constant Contact and was told they are "working on it" and ill be let know when its fixed
