Maping campaigns details from Constant Contact under contact details in Salesforce

Hello,

 

I need to get the details of campaigns listed in the Constant Contact and map it under the contacts in the Salesforce.Is it possible to do the same?. Please help me to sort out this.

There's nothing on our end for this. I'd advise reaching out to Salesforce's support to see if they'd have any insight on the functionality you're wanting.

Thank you William for your response. Is it possible to just sync contacts and campaign from Constant contact to Salesforce only not vise versa?. I only want to get data from Constant contact to Salesforce.

From my understanding of the integration, unsubscribe is the main 2-way sync, but such a 2-way connection must be explicitly approved to begin with. For more info regarding the Salesforce integration, I'd advise reading over our main article on the subject. Beyond that, if you're needing more advanced insight or troubleshooting, I'd advise calling our general support and requesting a transfer to the Tier 2 integrations support team, since they're explicitly trained for handling these integrations.
