One of our event attendee's is having trouble paying for the event with a mastercard. Has anyone else experienced this or know of a fix?

Hello @Danielle573 ,

 

Are they receiving a specific error message when they try to submit payment? Have they tried paying for their registration while in incognito / private mode, or while using a different browser?
