Recovering transaction fees

Years ago, PayPal fees were automatically added to my customer's invoices. For some reason this practice was terminated. PayPal and CC point me to each other and will not address the issue. How are others recovering these costs?

Hi @FSBHTiger ,

Are you referring to PayPal's transaction fees, or Constant Contact's transaction fees? There are transaction fees associated with events from both Constant Contact's end and PayPal's end.

However, Constant Contact did not implement transaction fees until November 2021, so if the fees you are referring to are prior to November 2021, they would have likely came from PayPal's end. I understand that you have been pointed in a few different directions, but any transaction fees that PayPal charges would have to be handled by them, as they would not be associated with Constant Contact. They can be reached at 1 (888) 221-1161.
