Solved: Refund an event registrant - Constant Contact Community

Once I cancel the registrant, does Constant contact refund to full amount and I lose the Paypal processing fee OR do I then go to PayPal and refund the remaining amount?

Refunds would be handled through the payment platform- PayPal. We do not handle any of the payments.
