Reporting Claims 10 Emails Were Sent On a Single Day When None Were

Hello,

When looking at my 2024 Constant Contact email campaign data, there is incorrect information showing up Email Campaigns in the Reporting Tab for my account.

The CC reporting data shows that 10 of my emails were sent from 2:05 am-2:09 am CT on Oct. 9, 2024. But we did not send even one email during that time. Each of the emails showing up as sent during that time was actually sent more than a year earlier

The incorrect dates show up when I look at the data on the page (https://app.constantcontact.com/pages/reporting/campaigns/emails) AND when I download the data ("export selected") for reporting. But when I click on individual campaign names, only the real/correct send dates are shown.

Are you aware of anything that could have caused this? If it's something I did incorrectly that caused this, I need to know how to avoid it in the future so that I can trust the reporting data I'm seeing. If this was a glitch on CC's end, is there a way to get it fixed so my reports are correct?
