The salesforce to constant contact integration worked to pull in the contact fields for the import. But the client name field is a lookup field in our contact records and it imported as a code of some kind. Is there any way for a lookup field in the Salesforce record to important as the actual text?
Hello @SupriyaK ,
It sounds like that's not going to be a compatible contact field type for import, if it's not setup like a standard field that can just have text entered into it. If the information we receive from Salesforce is the coding and not the actual text, then I wouldn't recommend including it as a synced field in the integration's setup. The next best workaround would be to manually export that info from Salesforce as a CSV file, assuming SF's export doesn't also have that info coded, and then manually import it into your Constant Contact account.
