Sign up for my newsletter triggers automatic receipt of the latest copy

I am going to be publishing a monthly newsletter to a list of contacts that I have.  I am planning on also creating a landing page where people can sign up to receive my newsletter that I will have a link to in my emails, website, social, etc.

 

Can Constant Contact be configured to automatically send out the most current edition of my newsletter to a contact that signs up?
