Site often becomes non-responsive

Hi, 

When I'm using the site, I place my cursor in a field and then nothing is responsive. The edit menu doesn't appear, I can type 5 letters then the cursor vanishes (I'm not a touch typist, so I look back up and no letters are in the field where I have been typing), I click to change the heading and nothing happens. 

I don't see an "update" anywhere. I refresh regularly but same thing.

 

I use a MacBook Pro with OS Sonoma 14.5. Browser: Chrome.

Hi @SFChoralSociety. I'm not able to replicate this experience in your account when working in a test email. I recommend reviewing our basic troubleshooting guide to narrow down if this is a browser or extension issue.
