Suspended accounts
HI, I hacve a lot of suspended accounts at present, accounts that used to be fine. I have started using more phots in the emails, so wondering if the emails are too large and are being stoped on those grounds. It is the omly thing I can think of that has changed. Can anyone tell me how I find ou the kb size of a CC email? With thanks Sally

The size of your emails isn't what would result in contacts being suspended. It occurs when our system receives multiple non-existent bounce backs from the contact's network, whether it was you or another customer of ours that was sending to them.

I'd recommend reading throughĀ our article on suspended bouncesĀ to understand how they happen, and what you can do to correct it. Ultimately, if you end up needing an administrative unsuspension,Ā you'll want to reach out to our general support.

However if you're needing more than 10 addresses unsuspended at a time, then we strongly recommend youĀ call our Deliverability teamĀ for the unsuspension. They'll want to investigate why so many valid email addresses would be getting bounced back to us as non-existent.Ā
