Suspened E-Mails

Hello,

Ā

My firm has contacts for individuals working in banking and similar financial institutions that have some kind of email barrier that blocks all constant contact emails. We have consent from these individuals to send alerts via email. I am looking for some assistance in passing through these "walls" without individually contacting the people were trying to send alerts to (contains thousands of recipients). Thank you in advance for any help on this matter!

HelloĀ @user85355Ā ,

Ā

Contact suspension occurs when our system receives multiple non-existent bounce backs from the contact's network, whether it was you or another customer of ours that was sending to them.

Ā

I'd recommend reading throughĀ our article on suspended bouncesĀ to understand how they happen, and what you can do to correct it. Ultimately, if you end up needing an administrative unsuspension,Ā you'll want to reach out to our general support.

Ā

However if you're needing more than 10 addresses unsuspended at a time, then we strongly recommend youĀ call our Deliverability teamĀ for the unsuspension. They'll want to investigate why so many valid email addresses would be getting bounced back to us as non-existent.Ā
