Taking over an existing account as a new user

Hello! I was just added as a manager for a business Constant Contact account using my work email. I have a preexisting Constant Contact account associated with my work email. I couldn't find how to switch from my account to the business account.Ā

You'll need to update the username of your login for the previous account, so your work email will be free to be used to setup a new account login's username.
