Hi @RIE. Since the issue did not reoccur in a different browser, it's possible there was an extension or setting through Chrome that caused some backend spacing that only showed when it was sent to your inbox. You should be able to use the copied template again in the Chrome browser. I recommend using a new text block as well when creating the email.

Hi @HeathM78. Is this happening in a particular email client when you are sending tests? Do you have a screenshot of how it is displaying?

Hi @RIE. Thank you for the screenshot. Is this happening in one email client or multiple?

Hi @RIE. An email client is the program you use to view your email. Examples are GMail, Apple Mail, Yahoo, Outlook 2020, etc

Thank you. I can't replicate the same experience in my own Gmail account. The spacing around the bulleted lists displays correctly for me. Are you using the default Gmail website to view your email (mail.google.com) or another program?

I don't know what happened either. I just created another email, this time using a Firefox browser (instead of Chrome) and the issue didn't happen again. Not sure what the issue is...

I am having the same issue. Text breaks are not showing up. I wish I could see the html.

I have the same problem and really wish I could have access to the Source code like I used to.

Hello @LisaT6 ,
Have you had a chance to check Caitlin's prior troubleshooting with user RIE? Is the issue occurring in multiple email clients / apps for you, or just one in particular? If it's a browser-based email client, does the issue occur in other browsers you have access to, or in incognito/private mode? Does adding a fresh, new text block and typing your text in that alleviate the issues you're seeing?

Nope, none of the above helps and support keeps saying, "They are working on it." I thought maybe CC going to that new platform a couple weeks back would help, but it didn't.
Now to type an address I have to enter each line of address in a "headline" box and that takes a lot of space vertically. If I don't do that, the lines all run together.

Yes, same here. Especially with all the text lines running together. Hampering when you are trying to type an address and it runs together. Doesn't matter what browser I use. I agree with having access to the source code would help us fix it on our end at least.
