Hi @PathOutlines - It's a good question. I personally haven't seen anyone getting geographical information specifically from opens. However, if you are driving folks to a website through link clicks you could always view the traffic coming into the website through Google Analytics or a similar tool. If you're using a sign up form to collect contacts you could also add a field to collect state or country if you'd like. That way the general location would be added to the contact if you ever wanted to segment by region in the future.
