Hello:

I have looked over the instructions to import Office 365 contacts into Constant Contact and they are very straightforward.

I would like clarification on whether contacts are automatically synced between O365 and Constant Contact (for instance, if contacts are added or removed in O365), or if they would have to be manually re-imported?

Thank you.

Hi @JimA634 ,

Great question! The sync is a one-way sync from Outlook to Constant Contact and is not automatic, so you will have to take manual action (just basically pressing a few buttons) to initiate the sync. Any contacts that are added to Outlook will be added to Constant Contact when that sync is initiated, but it won't remove any existing contacts in Constant Contact if they are removed in Outlook.
