I send out invites to Events at our office. I create a list send out the mailing just fine. Some people unsubscribe. In three months time, I create a new list from our office database to send out another invite to another Event. We get new patients in the office that we want to invite etc... So when I send out new "said list", will the people that already unsubscribed from Constant Contact from a previous invite who are on the new list of invites still be unsubscribed? Or will they unfortunately get another email because it's a new list? Thanks

Hello @CathyS177 ,
When a contact unsubscribes, they unsubscribe from you sending any emails to them. This is done to ensure compliance with anti-spam laws. Even if you later upload a contact list, if there's any contacts being re-imported that are already unsubscribed, those contacts will remain unsubscribed.
If a contact has been marked as unsubscribed from you, you'll need to go through the resubscription process if you wish to re-add them for emailing. However the easiest method for a contact to resubscribe to you would be for them to go through one of your sign up forms, either a landing page form or one coded into your website.
If they’re unable to get signed back up through a sign up form or through the resub email, you can request our Review team do a manual override of the unsubscription. You’ll need to get an email directly from the contact explicitly stating they want to be resubscribed. Then you’ll need to call into the Review team, and follow their processes from there.
Since there are a number of legal and Compliance-related elements to unsubscribing and resubscribing, we have to make sure one of these three processes is followed.

Thank you William for the clarification. This is what I needed to know - "Even if you later upload a contact list, if there's any contacts being re-imported that are already unsubscribed, those contacts will remain unsubscribed". PERFECT!
