Website Signup Form not working on mobile website

Hi!

I have embedded a CC signup form on my website (hosted on Wordpress and built with Divi). It works well on desktop, but doesn't work on mobile. Tried with both iOS and Android devices. May I please ask for your assistance on this?

If you're on a Wordpress .COM site, are you using the Wordpress integration for your sign up form? If so, I'd recommend calling in and requesting to speak with our Tier 2 integration support team. If you're not using the integration, I'd recommend switching over to that, since the .COM version of Wordpress doesn't generally accept external scripting, like that of our regular coded forms (inline, pop-up, etc.)

If you're on a Wordpress .ORG site, make sure you've installed the coding for the sign-up form as it's listed on our form installation article.

You may also consider using a landing page form instead, as they're a much simpler link to a microsite you design.
