Where is my list

Hi- TecEd cancelled the Constant Contact subscription. How do I access our list? How do I download that as it belongs to TecEd?

I've sent two CSV files to your account's main address with all available contact field info, one for all your subscribed contacts and the other for all unsubscribed.

If you need the files sent to a different address, we'd need you to call our general support and confirm security permissions live.

Please be reminded that your opt-outs (unsubscribe requests) via Constant Contact never expire. Federal and international laws require that you honor all opt-out requests indefinitely, regardless of future mailing platforms, unless you receive a new explicit opt-in request for that address.
