Youtube video will not load

Not using Vimeo using Youtube and Yes, I have a thumbnail.  Is this a way to stop using Youtube and go to Vimeo?

Please try pasting your link in a brand new video action block and it should appear. You can of course switch to Vimeo anytime by opening an account with them as well. Thanks!
