I edited our account with my contact information as the billing contact, but our recent payment activity receipt was still sent to the old email address, not mine.

Hi @MichaelS383 ,
I apologize that change did not take effect for you! Here is how you edit the billing contact information - it's very important that you go through the whole guide and complete the last step as well. The information won't change unless you actually click the "Submit" button.
