clicks vs items

Hi, I'm trying to understand why there are two different numbers on two different pages in my "sent" campaigns. For example, on the Email Performance Page, it says the number of clicks was "20." When I click on the blue "20" it takes me to the next page which, on the left says there are 33 items and next to it is an option box with the word "clicked." Why are the numbers different, or do they represent different things? Thanks in advance.

Hi @ElizabethM683. Were you viewing these reports shortly after your campaign was sent? There can be a discrepancy between the clicks that show on the dashboard and your reporting. The numbers will catch up as reports stop coming in. This is functioning as designed as to not overload our systems.

If this isn't the case, please let us know so we can look further.
