can I import from WiKi Library

I'd advise going through our Email Permission Policy, to ensure you're complying with federal and international anti-spam and email permission laws. If these are contacts that you have permission to send to, then you should be able to import them. If not, then you wouldn't be allowed to import them and doing so otherwise may result in an account review.
