has anybody dealt with this before?

Hello @user42431 ,

 

Any contact that replies to emails you send through us will default to whatever you have the email's Reply-To address set as. If you feel that you're not receiving replies when you should, we'd recommend checking your spam/junk folder or reaching out to your email program's support.
