Hello, the logo that I use as my profile picture (that little circle that shows up next to my organization's name in the inbox) has suddenly disappeared. Now, when I send e-mails or even test e-mails, there's no logo accompanying my email. It's just an empty circle. How did this disappear? The only thing I changed account wise was to make my organization's name lowercase instead of uppercase. The logo is still uploaded in my profile and hasn't been touched. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @Solve ,

The issue is that you're sending using the ccsend rewrite, so your true email address' profile pic won't be shown by receiving email clients. The only real resolution to this would be to switch to self-authentication so you'd be sending with a from address that's your actual email address.
