Is there a way for me to make a survey and the results can get sent directly to a team member who doesn't use constant contact? I would rather it get sent to them automatically when they come in.

There wouldn't be a way to have them sent automatically to any other addresses. You'd either need to add them as an Account Manager to have access to that info in the account, or export the info and manually send it to them.
