Hi, @foihC

You can send an email to all recipients about upcoming events without revealing each recipient's email address to everyone else by using the "BCC" (Blind Carbon Copy) feature. Here's how you can do it:

  1. Create Your Email:

    • Log in to your Constant Contact account.
    • Navigate to the "Emails" section.
    • Click on the "Create" button to start a new email campaign.
    • Design your email content, including information about the upcoming event(s).
  2. Add Recipients:

    • Instead of adding all recipients in the "To" field, click on the "BCC" link next to the "To" field.
    • Enter your own email address in the "To" field. This way, recipients won't see each other's email addresses.
    • Paste or upload the email addresses of your recipients into the "BCC" field. Each recipient's email address will be hidden from others.

Hope this helps
