Does anyone have a solution to removing a subscriber from an automated series without removing them from your list? It seems like when a subscriber changes their email address they are treated as a "new subscriber" which in our case means they start receiving a series of emails introducing them to the site, something really intended for new subscribers. Is there a work-around to let me stop a name in that condition from receiving the series (which they likely received before)?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I do apologize but at this time we don't have an option to remove someone from the queue. You will have to stop your automated series and start it again after removing the person from the list. Thank you!
