survey button
sent a survey within an email and my recipients are not able to open the button to access the survey. ??

Hello @SallyB32 ,
Based on the information provided and your last sent email, you didn't actually link the survey, you just pasted in its URL as plain text. Remember a survey's URL would still need to be linked in an email like any other - via text, image or button.
