video links don't work if wifi is ON. Can tech team fix it? video links only valid if not using wifi

I was very frustrated that the video links I sent via sms did not work when recipients received it. (This was after Constant Contact added a code and changed Youtube links into an abbreviated constant contact link.)  When at a friends home we noticed that her phone could not open the link because she was on her home wifi. I COULD open the video link because I was not on wifi; just on cellular connection. Once she turned OFF her home wifi and only used cellular, the link worked. Maybe your tech guys can address the link to work on both cellular and wifi connected devices?
