Any update on support for AUtomated Email API calls

Hi we have worked with API V2 and V3 successfully with regular CC campaigns

We now are moving into CC automated emails and see the community messages from early 2020 that support for automated email calls was not available. 

Has there been any update on this in the past year. We cannot find related calls
