Bloom Plugin on Wordpress, need access token

Hey! Super newb here looking for a bit of guidance on connecting the Bloom plugin in wordpress. I have the API key but don't see how to get the access token in the dev portal. I've found old directions but the current UI is different. Links to a current guide or other help is appreciated!
