constant contact synchronize error response code 409,429
I am trying to sync CiviCRM contacts with Constant Contact using the Constant Contact API (https://api.cc.email/v3/contacts), but I am getting HTTP status codes 409 and 429. Please guide me on how to resolve these issues.
