Creating applications via developer portal

When will this be available again? We are trying to create a connection for our client.

Hello Everyone,

Thank you so much for your patience while we performed maintenance to our developer console. The maintenance temporarily prevented the registration of new applications using Constant Contact’s API. I am following up to report that the maintenance is now complete and you may register new applications. I apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.
