Partnership Question: Rate Limit Issue

My company (StellarAlgo) became partners with you guys a few years back as we have a lot of clients which we pull in constant contact data for. We partnered as we were running into rate limit errors a lot. We also changed our app structure and now we create a new constant contact App for each client that we pull data for as opposed to using the single app for all clients....Â

We just started running into rate limit errors again and I just wanted to confirm a few things.Â
-Â Now that we are partners, do we have an increase in rate limits and what is it?
- Are the rate limits per app integration that we create? If we have a 100,000 request limit.. Is this for ALL our app integrations or does each app integration have a 100,000 rate limit
- Are we able to request an increase in rate limits now that we are partners? If yes, how are we going to go about that process?
- I assume we also have a limit on how many requests we can make per second? Can this rate also be increased? Assuming 5 "data pulls" run in parallel and are all hitting the API at the same time, Is there a way to avoid a Too Many Requests Error ? OR Do we have to ensure that no two (or more) app integrations are pulling data from the API at the same time..Â
