Send Contact from Constant Contact to third party application(Bidirectional)

Hi,

  I looking for constant contact bidirectional implementation.

  Example: When contact created in constant contact it should send the contact to my application like webhook.

  I saw the some topics in webhook. same like when contact create in CC it should trigger our webhook end point.
