SMS Campaigns API v3

Hello CC Team!
Our client is considering integrating its application with CTCT SMS Campaigns. And we would like to know if you provide ready-to-use API v3 endpoints for SMS campaigns. Using tags I was able to find this page https://developer.constantcontact.com/api_guide/sms.html. But it's the only place that mentions the creation of SMS Campaigns via API. ("Open API V3 API schema" also does not describe the endpoints). Thank you!
