Trying to publish an email campaign using template

I tried for days to receive a template id to publish a new campagn over v3 API but this endpoint:
https://api.cc.email/v3/emails/activities/xxxxx?include=document_properties

does not return a template id

the only workaround that i found is fetching the "html_content" and replacing values manually.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to Constant Contact API Developer Support. My team is here to assist outside software developers with questions about building into Constant Contact's API.

Our apologies for not getting back to you sooner. Publishing campaigns using a template is currently not supported. The only supported way of creating a campaign is by creating a custom code campaign with the HTML content you'd like to include. For reference, please see our documentation here:

https://developer.constantcontact.com/api_guide/email_campaign_create.html

https://developer.constantcontact.com/api_guide/design_code_emails.html

The template_id property and the document_properties value in the include parameter are unique to campaigns created within our legacy editors. Emails that were recently created in the current version of our editor will not have the template_id property returned and document_properties is not a valid option when getting activity details. I looked over our documentation and do not see this explicitly mentioned, so I will be submitting a ticket to get our documentation updated.

Please have a look and let us know if you have any other questions!

Regards,

Aaron L
