Zapier connection not working

We’re experiencing an issue with connecting our CRM to Zapier. While the connection is initially successful, it expires too quickly. We’ve already reached out to Zapier, and they’ve provided us with some insights, but we're still unsure how to resolve the issue.

Message from Zapier:
Thanks for your patience. We've looked into the Constant Contact connection issue further and it seems that the problem might be related to permissions. The refresh token request is successful, but subsequent connection tests are failing. The response from the API indicates that account read permissions are needed for these tests.   Errors we get subsequently - 

  1. Error: Your Constant Contact account connection is stale.

  2. {"error_key":"unauthorized","error_message":"Unauthorized"}

Can you please check the permissions you have on the Constant Contact app?

Could anyone assist us with this or provide guidance on what steps we should take

next? Your help would be greatly appreciated!
